Sérvulo’s praxis in the area of Project Finance is a natural consequence of the expertise acquired in Public Procurement, on one side, and in Financial Law, on the other side.

Sérvulo provides services in all kind of operations of project finance and asset finance, being prepared to assist any party involved in such operations. In particular, services are provided in the preparation of the pre-contractual as well as in the execution of contracts stages —, with an emphasis on the assistance to credit institutions, public entities, and promoters of various kinds of projects, mostly in the fields of motorway networks, railways, energy, water, football stadium and acquisition of sophisticated equipment for the State.
