Sub-Areas Restructuring and Insolvency

SÉRVULO provides assistance to creditors, companies and groups of companies involved in financial restructuring procedures that aim to assure their feasibility and debt restructuring. SÉRVULO aims to engage in and develop negotiations between creditors and debtors, in order to achieve the financial viability of the debtors and the recovery of investments by the creditors.SÉRVULO´s experience in complex procedures of this nature is extensive, both in national and in procedures connected to foreign jurisdictions, having accomplished teams in the areas of Banking Law, Finance, M&A, Tax and Employment Law.

SÉRVULO provides assistance in the assembling and structuring of operations concerning Non-Performing Loans (NPL´s) and distressed assets, as well as all operations of asset and debt acquisitions focused on financially reorganising companies or groups of companies and on assuring investment recovery to creditors and investors, or granting payback that is attractive in this type of acquisition.

Teams at SÉRVULO are strongly focused on advising on the early resolution of crisis situations. Within this context, SÉRVULO advises on the structuring of solutions for companies in crisis, namely through the establishment of non-judicial negotiations in the Extrajudicial Recovery Procedure (RERE) and in the structuring and judicial follow-up of the Special Revitalisation Proceeding (PER).
