Corporate Governance in family businesses debated in Funchal

The challenges of corporate governance in family businesses is the theme of the seminar organised by ACIF-CCIM, the entity that represents commercial businesses in the Autonomous Region of Madeira, in partnership with SÉRVULO. The event takes place on November 27 at The Vine Hotel in Funchal.

The seminar will include interventions by the Chairman of the Board of ACIF-CCIM, Cristina Pedra Costa, and Nuno Teixeira, SÉRVULO’s partner in Madeira, as well as by Paulo Câmara, SÉRVULO Managing Partner and a specialist lawyer in corporate governance.
