Pedro Fernández Sánchez in conference at CEJ

On November 27, the conference on public contracts and the responsibility of the awarding entities for damages suffered by co-contractors takes place at the Centre for Judicial Studies. Pedro Fernández Sánchez will be one of the guest speakers at the event, with a paper on compensation for positive or negative contractual interest or for loss of chance in the administrative courts.
