Pedro Sánchez publishes a Doctoral Thesis on the Separation of Legislative and Judicial Powers in the Portuguese Constitution

Pedro Fernández Sánchez, Professor of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and Lawyer of the Department of Public Law of SÉRVULO, published the Doctoral Thesis that was presented at the Faculty of Law of Lisbon in 2014, titled: "Law and Sentence - Separation of Powers Legislative and Judicial in the Portuguese Constitution ", in 2 volumes.
The dissertation aims at the reconstruction of the principle of separation of powers adopted in the Portuguese Constitution, and the consequent establishment of the border between legislator and judge in the Portuguese system.
