Prof. Sérvulo Correia and Pedro Fernández Sánchez publish articles in Lisbon Law Review

NEWS AND EVENTS 29 Oct 2015

The official launch of the Lisbon Law Review, the new journal of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon took place on October 28. This first issue includes articles by Prof. Sérvulo Correia and by Pedro Fernández Sánchez.

The article by Prof. Sérvulo Correia looks at the formation of a common administrative legal tradition amongst the democratic European states. As an example, the author comments on the parallelism of such a development seen from Portugal and from Greece.

Pedro Fernández Sánchez publishes an article about the recent decisions of the Constitutional Court which have opened a new front in the protection of Rights, Freedoms and Guarantees, using, however, a strategy that calls into question the protection that had been developed in recent years in favour of the effectiveness of Social Rights.
