Rui Medeiros and Lino Torgal, partners at Sérvulo & Associados, presented papers at the conference of the "PPP Observatory for Portugal", which took place yesterday at Lisbon’s Universidade Católica.

The theme of the conference, “PPPs in Portugal: a Public Sector Comparison”, was analysed from both an economic and a legal perspective.
