Joana Pinto Monteiro, associate at SÉRVULO in the department of Financial & Governance and Environmental, Urban Planning and Real Estate, took part in a debate on the radio programme "Em Nome da Lei" on Rádio Renascença, on April 18.
The program discussed the question of whether a tenant or owner can do works in public spaces, to install equipment enabling access to housing for individuals with physical disabilities.
