The admirable world of taxis: Uber e without competition?

Miguel Gorjão-Henriques, SÉRVULO partner and head of the European and Competition department, has written an article on the issue of Uber in Portugal, where a court order prohibited the service to operate, but which is still active while the company appeals.

Miguel Gorjão-Henriques explains that in Portugal “taxi services are organised in inadequate corporate terms that do not guarantee a minimum level of service, innovation or more competitive prices”. The full article (in Portuguese), can be read below.
