Rui Cardona Ferreira, partner at Sérvulo, contributed with the article “A perte de chance na responsabilidade médica” (“The loss of chance in medical liability”) to the e-book Responsabilidade na Prestação de Cuidados de Saúde (Liability in the Provision of Healthcare Services). The publication is a result of the conference on this theme that was organised by the ICJP, part of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, in December 2013.
