Did you know the Labour Code has changed and there are new regulations on personal data? Your business will probably have to change or adjust as well.

On 28 October, SÉRVULO is holding its “Updates on Labour and Personal Data” seminar, which will address the main legislative changes and their consequences for your business.

Employment Law - Changes to the Labour Code: What changes?

SÉRVULO's Employment Law department partner and co-head, Rita Canas da Silva, will focus on the “Trial Period and Term Contract” and on the new support measure for the conversion of employment contracts – Converte+. Margarida Costa Gomes, consultant and co-head of SÉRVULO's Employment Law department , will run the session on “Temporary Work and Intermittent Work”.

Personal Data - GDPR Implementation Law

Ana Rita Paínho, a partner in SÉRVULO’s IP and TMT practice area, will chair the session on “simplifications or complications for Human Resources? What changes?".

Miguel Cabrita, Secretary of State of Employment of the 21st Constitutional Government, will close the event.

This initiative, which is aimed at all professionals interested in these areas, will attempt to simplify the change, through an informal and concise format.
