The Disciplinary System of the Civil Public Employees, featured in ICJP

NEWS AND EVENTS 22 May 2019

Pedro Fernández Sánchez, a Professor at the Faculty of Law of Lisbon and lawyer at SÉRVULO, from the Public Department, coordinates the Conference about «The Disciplinary System of the Civil Service Workers», to be held next 29th May, organized by the Legal Political Studies Institute of the Faculty of Law of Lisbon, by the Regional Council of Lisbon of the Portuguese Bar Association and by the Administrative Law Magazine.

The Madam Secretary of State and Justice will be in charge of the Conference’s opening. In the first part, the common rules applicable to the generality of workers in civil service (including the procedures, the application of sanctions and the questions on litigation) will be addressed. In the second part, the specific regimes applicable to the local autarchies and to the legal professions (including lawyers, judicial magistrates and of the Public Prosecution and court clerks) will be addressed.
