Tax Obligations of the Distribution Sector

On 28 November, the Portuguese Association of Distribution Companies is hosting the Presentation Session for the “Tax Obligations of the Distribution Sector” study. Diogo Feio, a partner in SÉRVULO's Tax department, will participate in the round table “Tax Compliance - obstacles and challenges.” The discussion will be moderated by Gonçalo Lobo Xavier. Teresa Paula Schwalbach, a senior associate in SÉRVULO's Tax department, will oversee the presentation of the study.

During this session, a survey of the current tax obligation framework for such companies will be conducted and a set of proposals for simplifying and promoting greater efficiency in the Portuguese tax system will be presented.
