Pedro Fernández Sánchez participates in the XXII International Congress on Constitutional Law in Brasilia

The Brasiliense Institute of Public Law will hold its XXII International Congress on Constitutional Law, from 22 to 24 October, in Brasilia.

One of the speakers is Pedro Fernández Sánchez, a partner in SÉRVULO’s Public Law department and Professor at the University of Lisbon’s Faculty of Law. He will participate as faculty representative on the panel “Systems of Government in the Crises of Democracy: Ruptures and Continuities”.

The Congress will be attended by speakers and guests from Law Faculties in Portuguese-speaking countries, members of the National Congress of Brazil and the Government, Ministers of the Federal Supreme Court and the Superior Court of Justice, among other civil society experts. They will all engage in the theme of the state’s contemporary transformation in the global context of constitutionalism in crisis.
