Spain’s Capital Riesgo magazine has published an article by Paulo Câmara, SÉRVULO's Managing Partner and member of the Finance & Governance department, entitled “The new legal framework for venture capital in Portugal in DL no. 56/2018, of 9 July”.

The article portrays the legal framework for venture capital in Portugal, placing a particular focus on the new provisions introduced by DL no. 56/2018, of 9 July 9, the most recent amendment to the Portuguese Venture Capital Code.
