Sérvulo participates in Securities Code Conference

NEWS AND EVENTS 04 Dec 2019

The Securities Code (CVM) is celebrating its 20th anniversary and the Private Law Research Centre at Lisbon University’s Faculty of Law (CIDP-FDUL) and the Securities Institute (IVM) are hosting a conference on the subject at the faculty’s auditorium, from 5 to 6 December. The conference brings together members of the working group – which is responsible for preparing the CVM – plus lawyers, academics, and supervisors, to celebrate these first two decades and to debate the future of securities law. The initiative is sponsored by Sérvulo & Associados and Paulo Câmara and Francisco Mendes Correia – respectively, partner and of counsel for SÉRVULO's Finance & Governance department – will discuss the general part of the Securities Code and Blockchain Capital Markets, on the second day.

Professors António Menezes Cordeiro and Paula Costa e Silva are the scientific coordinators of this initiative. Entrance is free, upon registration.
