Catarina Saramago
At SÉRVULO since 2015, Catarina Saramago is a lawyer in the Department of Finance and Governance, where she joined as a trainee lawyer. As part of SÉRVULO's rotational trainee programme she previously collaborated with the Tax, Litigation and Arbitration departments. Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the Lisbon School of the Portuguese Catholic University, in 2015.

Legal assistance in a variety of areas of Banking Law, Financial Law and Securities Law, namely (i) in setting up and assisting the day-to-day activity of investment funds, credit institutions and financial companies and (ii) in banking restructuring operations, including debt restructuring operations (for national and international instutions), both for the lender and the financed entity.
