At SÉRVULO since 2021, Madalena Gonçalves da Silva is an associate in the Employment Law department. She is currently attending the Postgraduation Course in People Management and Talent at Nova School of Business & Economics. She was an associate and a trainee lawyer at the firm «CMS Rui Pena & Arnaut», from 2018 to 2021. Graduated in Law from the Law School of the Portuguese Catholic University, in 2018. She joined the Bar Association in 2021.

Day-to-day legal advice for national and international companies relating to individual and collective employment law.
Monitoring recruitment processes and selection of contractual models and daily management of the companies, including organization of disciplinary procedures, definition of employee recruitment policies, planning and implementation of internal policies on the organisation of working time, functional and geographical mobility, structuring of remuneration policies and termination procedures. She also provides advice in the scope of restructuring and international mobility programmes.
Regular participation in multidisciplinary audits to identify employment contingencies, having relevant in-house experience, given her participation in secondment projects.
