Pedro Baptista Lima

At SÉRVULO since 2017, Pedro Baptista Lima was first a Trainee Lawyer and is now an Associate in the Employment department. He is doing the graduate course in Labor Law and Social Security at the Institute of Labor Law (IDT – Instituto do Direito do Trabalho) of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, Faculty as which he concluded the first year of the Scientific Master’s in Legal Sciences. He graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Portugal, in 2015. He joined the Bar Association in 2019.


Transversal legal advice on all matters relating to individual and collective Employment Law, including extensive expertise in the management of labor relations subject to special regimes, particularly employment contract of sport practitioners and the settlement of disputes arising therefrom, at a national and international level.

Assisting in drafting legal opinions and other documents related to individual and collective Employment Law matters.

Legal assistance in terms of individual working relations, from the phase of recruitment and of selection of contractual models, to the day-to-day management of companies, including in terms of defining polices for increasing flexibility working time, to the structuring of remuneration polices or assistance in cases of company restructuring or termination of employment.
