Rita Botelho Moniz

At SÉRVULO since 2018, Rita Botelho Moniz is an Associate in the Tax department. LL.M. in International and European Tax Law from Maastricht University, concluded in 2015. She is graduated in Law from the Law Faculty of Lisbon University, in 2014. Rita Botelho Moniz concluded a Post-Graduate Course in Tax Law, from Catholic University of Portugal, with an Advanced Specialization on Corporate Taxation. Between 2015 and 2017 she had an international career in Luxembourg and the Netherlands, as Tax Advisor at KPMG Luxembourg, Société coopérative and as Tax & Transfer Pricing Associate at TPA Global BV Amsterdam. Once returned to Portugal, she was a trainee lawyer at Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira & Associados R.L.. She is co-author of several articles and correspondent of IBFD in Portugal. She joined the Bar Association in 2019.
