Rita Carrilho da Cunha

At SÉRVULO since 2019, Rita Carrilho da Cunha is an Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration department. She holds a postgraduate degree in Commercial Litigation from the Faculty of Law of the Lisbon University (2019). She holds a Master’s degree in the area of Commercial Law from the Faculty of Law of the Lisbon University (2018) and a degree in Law from the same Faculty (2012). She was a legal advisor at Bank of Portugal, in the Enforcement Department, between 2016 and 2019. She was an associate and a trainee lawyer at the law firm «CMS Rui Pena & Arnaut» between 2012 and 2016. She joined the Bar Association in 2015.
