Sérvulo aims to be recognised as a leading firm in the area of competition law for the quality of the services provided to its clients. Sérvulo advises companies and groups of companies on competition related issues and on their relations with the competent regulatory authorities – whether that be the competition authority (Autoridade da Concorrência), in relation to regulatory compliance or in respect of administrative procedures for prior authorisation of concentrations between undertakings, or with the sectorial regulators, with particular experience in the telecommunications, energy, water, transport, health and pharmaceutical sectors.

Given the team composition and the interdisciplinary approach adopted, Sérvulo has significant experience in carrying out competition audits. The team places particular emphasis on risk analysis arising in the various strategies adopted for the commercial distribution of products and services and also in the analysis regarding State Aid, with in-depth knowledge of various areas of the internal market covered by the EC treaty.
