Sérvulo Correia organises seminar on Arbitration

The Centre for Commercial Arbitration of the Portuguese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CAC-CCIP - Centro de Arbitragem Comercial da Câmara de Comércio e Indústria Portuguesa) and the Portuguese Association of Arbitration promote the Seminar on Administrative Law Arbitration. The event, organised by the founding partner of SÉRVULO and member of the council of CAC-CCIP, Professor Sérvulo Correia takes place on October 31 in Lisbon.

The seminar will look at themes such as the scope of administrative law arbitration, the right to grant submission to arbitration, the proceedings and evidence in arbitration, as well as third parties in the arbitration case. Other themes analysed include the publicity and scrutiny of the process and the decision, the decision criteria (established law versus equity), the possibility of appeal of decisions and institutionalised arbitration.
