SÉRVULO partners João Amaral e Almeida and Rui Medeiros take part in the first cycle of seminars by the Portuguese Association of Public Markers (Associação Portuguesa dos Mercados Públicos) and the Observatory of Engineering and Technology Prospecting (OPET - Observatório de Prospectiva da Engenharia e da Tecnologia) on the challenges to the transposition of the directives on public contracts published on March 28, 2014.
