Conference on Arbitration and Administrative Mediation

Organised in partnership with the Institute for Legal and Political Studies (ICJP-Instituto de Ciências Jurídico-Políticas) and with the Centre for Administrative Arbitration (CAAD - Centro de Arbitragem Administrativa), the conference on administrative arbitration and mediation took place at the auditorium of the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon on September 30.

The conference considered administrative arbitration and mediation to be a challenge launched to Portuguese administrative disputes resolution, and the second panel, focusing on transversal matters, included the participation of SÉRVULO partner Mark Kirkby, who spoke on arbitration in the field of administrative contracts.
