14th Exhibition Conference of Water

The 14th Exhibition Conference on Water is being held in Lisbon from 10 to 12 December.
Ana Luísa Guimarães, a partner in SÉRVULO’s Public Law department, is chairing the second panel, “Water Services Tariff Regulation, an analysis”. The panel will look at how the Water Services Tariff Regulation covers the managing entities of state-owned and municipally-owned systems under a direct management model, in which ERSAR is responsible for setting total permitted income, tariffs and earnings. “It is important to clarify and discuss the scope of application,” she said.
The 14th Conference was sponsored by AdP – Águas de Portugal group, Indaqua and XYLEM. According to the organisation, this initiative is a leading event for all water sector operators. Over the years, the conference has served as a forum for debate on the sector’s main challenges and opportunities, both from a political and business perspective.
