Annotated Insurance Distribution Law

The book Annotated Insurance Distribution Law will be launched at the Portuguese Insurance Association Auditorium, at 6 pm today.

SÉRVULO's Managing Partner and member of the Finance and Governance department, Paulo Câmara, participated in the book as the author of the annotation on the insurance-based investment product framework.

Coordinated by Pedro Romano Martinez and Filipe Albuquerque Matos, this work is one outcome of the Cooperation Protocol signed in July 2018 and the subsequent conferences organised jointly by the Institute of Private Law at the University of Lisbon’s Faculty of Law, the Institute of Banking, Stocks and Insurance Law at the University of Coimbra‘s Faculty of Law and the Portuguese Association of Insurers.
