Governance Lab launches new book

On 29 October, Governance Lab, an independent group that researches issues of organisational governance, will launch a new legal book entitled Acionistas e Governação das Sociedades (Shareholders and Corporate Governance).
This is the 11th volume in the Governance Lab Collection, which is coordinated by Paulo Câmara, managing partner of the SÉRVULO law firm. The book will be presented at an event held at the head office of the Association of Listed Security Issuers, in Lisbon. Ana Perestrelo de Oliveira, Céline Abecassis Moedas and Helena Soares de Moura will speak on “The Purpose of Law Firms.”
