Inês Palma Ramalho talks about the role of women and the status of gender equality in the legal sector

SÉRVULO IN THE PRESS 18 Mar 2021 in Advocatus

During an interview with Advocatus, Inês Palma Ramalho, senior associate in SÉRVULO's Finance department, says that "We should not place men and women at opposite ends, nor does it make sense to place the issue on the level of advantages and disadvantages, since women and men are not equal and may have different skill sets. But that is precisely what multigenerational structures are advisable. Men and women are complementary. Law firms will always have more to gain from working with differentiated teams that represent different points of view and that can enrich the internal decision-making process, the level of service and the relationship with clients."
