José Lobo Moutinho participates in conference on State's sovereign functions

SÉRVULO partner José Lobo Moutinho participates in the conference on the sovereign functions of the State (“Funções soberanas do Estado”) which takes place today at the Catholic University of Portugal, and which brings together 15 unions, from the Armed Forces to the foreign service, from the police to public prosecutors, from tax magistrates to notaries, with the aim of sending a warning to Portugal's political leaders.
