Patrícia Akester, Of Counsel at SÉRVULO in the area of Intellectual Property, Data Protection and Information Technology, and Coordinator of the firm's Intellectual Property Clinic, is one of the authors of the book "Direito de Autor - Que Futuro na Era Digital?", which is a fundamental work on the role of copyright in the third millennium, published on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the Portuguese Society of Authors (SPA - Sociedade Portuguesa de Autores).
