Paulo Câmara takes part in II Congress on Insolvency Law

Today and tomorrow the Portuguese legal publishers Almedina is promoting the II Congress on Insolvency Law. This second congress takes a more specialised view than the first one, focusing on the themes of recovery and responsibility, in the context of the current crisis affecting companies and individuals.

Amongst other speakers Paulo Câmara, SÉRVULO partner and co-head of the firms Finance & Governance department, as well as lecturer at the Law Faculty of the Portuguese Catholic University, will cover the theme of bank credit and prevention of default risk, especially with regards to the new extrajudicial procedure regulating default situations (PERSI - Procedimento Extrajudicial de Regularização de Situações de Incumprimento).
