On July 5, Pedro Fernández Sánchez is a guest speaker at a conference organised by the Portuguese Bar Association, with the paper “Advent of a reform: views on the “Public Contracts” Directives in the antechamber of their transposition” (“Advento de uma Reforma: visões sobre as Diretivas «Contratos Públicos» na antecâmara da sua Transposição"), with which he will concentrate on “in-house procurement” in light of the new European Directives.
