Pedro Sánchez at Foreign Office for launch of Portuguese Directory of International Law

This Thursday Pedro Fernández Sánchez takes part in the Presentation Ceremony for the Portuguese Directory of International Law (Anuário Português de Direito Internacional), 2014-2015 Edition. The event takes place at the Palácio das Necessidades, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and will be hosted by the Portuguese Foreign Minister, Augusto Santos Silva.

Pedro Fernández Sánchez, associate at SÉRVULO and Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, is the author of one of the articles in the directory, on the prohibition of a private entity being part of a tender jury through an in-house relationship («A Proibição de Participação Privada numa Entidade Adjudicatária Selecionada ao abrigo de uma Relação In House»), which serves as a commentary to the SUCH Judgement, proferred by the European Court of Justice, on June 19, 2014.
