Pedro Sánchez coordinates Conference in the Bar Association on unconstitutionality of fundamental laws of Administrative Law

In a joint initiative of the Lisbon Regional Council of the Portuguese Bar Association and the Journal of Administrative Law, Pedro Fernández Sánchez coordinates a conference on 6 March with the theme: "The Constitution and Public Administration: Administrative Law Revisited ".

The panels will be composed of some of the greatest specialists in Constitutional Law and Administrative Law in our country, who will address the constitutional problems of some of the main national Administrative Law laws, including the Code of Administrative Procedure, the Code of Procedure in the Administrative Courts, the Public Contracts Code, State Civil Liability Regime or the Law on Court of Auditors.

The registrations, which are free for lawyers, are made to the email centro.estudos@crl.oa.pt.

In addition to the SÉRVULO's lawyers Rui Medeiros and José Duarte Coimbra, the speakers include Paulo Otero, Pedro Gonçalves, Alexandre Sousa Pinheiro, Marco Capitan Ferreira, Marco Caldeira and Tiago Serrão.
