Pedro Silveira Borges to speak at the Energy panel of Advocatus Summit 2026

Pedro Silveira Borges, Partner at SÉRVULO, will take part in the panel dedicated to the Energy sector at Advocatus Summit 2026, which will be held on 12 May at the Noble Hall of the Portuguese Bar Association, in Lisbon.

Under the theme “Clear Rules for a Future in Transition”, the panel will address the main legal and regulatory challenges facing the energy sector, in a context shaped by the energy transition, the need for stable regulatory frameworks and the impact of these factors on investment.

The debate will be moderated by Ana Batalha Oliveira, Editor of ECO/Capital Verde, and will feature contributions from Pedro Silveira Borges and João Rosado Correia, aiming to reflect on the importance of clear and predictable rules for the sustainable development of the energy sector.
