The commission that will review the Code of Administrative Procedure, the Statute of Administrative and Fiscal Courts and the Code of Processes in Administrative Courts will be inducted tomorrow in Lisbon by the Portuguese Justice Minister Paula Teixeira da Cruz. The Commission, coordinated by Prof. Fausto Quadros of the Law Faculty of the University of Lisbon, is composed of Prof. Sérvulo Correia, emeritus Professor of the same institution and founding partner of SÉRVULO, and Rui Machete, professor at the Law Faculty of the Portuguese Catholic University and lawyer, amongst other leading figures specialized in administrative law and administrative procedural law.
