Rui Cardona Ferreira made partner of Sérvulo’s Corporate and Commercial department

Rui Cardona Ferreira has been promoted to partner at SÉRVULO. A lawyer at the firm since 2006, Mr. Cardona Ferreira has been developing his practice not only in the area which will now be his main focus, namely Corporate and Commercial Law, but also in the area of public law – actively participating in these two areas that cover some of the most prominent issues at the firm. Rui Cardona Ferreira obtained a Master’s in Law from the Portuguese Catholic University in 2010, having presented the thesis "Positive Interest and Loss of Chance, Especially in Public Procurement”, published by Coimbra Editora in 2011. The new SÉRVULO partner previously practiced at Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares Da Silva & Associados (1999-2005), and between 2005 and 2006 he was legal adviser to the Secretary Of State for Treasury and Finance of the XVII Portuguese constitutional government.
