Yesterday, November 18th, the Seminar on the New Regime for Public Hiring applicable to Public Institutions for Higher Learning took place at Instituto Superior Técnico (Tagus Park). This event, promoted by OPET – Observatório de Prospectiva da Engenharia e da Tecnologia, counted with the participation of Rui Medeiros as a guest speaker.
The Seminar-Debate, in which Vasco Moura Ramos also intervened, had the objective to clarify the ambit of the new exemptions and what regimes are applicable to Public Higher Learning Institutions in regard to leasing contracts or acquisitions of mobile property, purchase of services, awarding of public works, concession contracts.
