Rui Medeiros participates in the 8th National Congress on Electronic Public Procurement

Organised by the Portuguese Association of Public Markets (APMEP – Associação Portuguesa dos Mercados Públicos), the 8th National Congress on Electronic Public Procurement takes place on December 17 at the Grand Auditorium of ISCTE – Lisbon University Institute. The event, titled “The new EU directives and the generalisation of Electronic Public Procurement in Portugal” includes a contribution from Rui Medeiros, partner of SÉRVULO’s Public Law department, on “The transposition of the directives and the new Contracts Code”.
