SÉRVULO - MRA Advogados consortium selected to review the Investment Law of Mozambique

SÉRVULO LATITUDE⦵ is going from strength to strength!

The consortium SÉRVULO - MRA Advogados was selected by the Government of Mozambique, within the scope of an international tender, to provide consulting services on the Legal Revision of the Investment Law, a project funded by the World Bank.

The objective of this consultancy is to support the Technical Team of the Government of Mozambique, led by the Agency for the Promotion of Investment and Exports, IP (APIEX, IP), in the global revision of Law no. 3/93, of 24 June, and other complementary and correlated legislation, making it a more modern law, better able to respond to the current challenges of the global market and aligning it with the best international practices and the highest standards imposed by the dynamics of the regional, continental and world economy, taking into account the context of the commitments made by the country (including international investment agreements in force).

It is an honour for us to be able to participate in such a relevant project, which represents a historical milestone in the transformation and consolidation of Mozambique's position as a country of great strategic interest and high attractiveness and capacity to retain national and foreign private investment.
