SÉRVULO advised Aquaterra in connection with the investment made by Davidson Kempner, a global asset manager, in the Portuguese company dedicated to the sustainable production of avocados and tangerines. The transaction also involved Linklaters as legal advisor to Aquaterra, while Davidson Kempner was advised by Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer (international legal counsel) and PLMJ.

Headquartered in the Alcácer do Sal region, Aquaterra owns and manages over 3,000 hectares of plantations.”This strategic investment marks a significant step in consolidating a European sustainable agriculture platform, in line with the growing demand for avocados in the European market”, states Sérvulo.
