SÉRVULO launches the SÉRVULO INNOVATION LAB

Sérvulo & Associados has launched the SÉRVULO INNOVATION LAB (SIL), a training and innovation hub designed to support teams and organisations in the development of legal, management, social and leadership skills, as well as essential soft skills.
The management board of the SÉRVULO INNOVATION LAB is composed of Rita Canas da Silva, Rui Medeiros and Paulo Câmara.
With the aim of addressing the current and future challenges of the Portuguese business market, the SÉRVULO INNOVATION LAB operates as an integral part of Sérvulo & Associados, a certified training provider, ensuring scientific rigour, pedagogical excellence and a multidisciplinary approach.
The SÉRVULO INNOVATION LAB is structured around four main pillars:
- Tailor-made training programmes adapted to the specific needs of each organisation
- Conferences, seminars and training sessions open to the general public
- Protocols and partnerships with third-party organisations
- An international dimension, through the SÉRVULO LATITUDE⦵ network
The training programmes developed by the SÉRVULO INNOVATION LAB are designed in close collaboration with each client, ensuring an effective response to the specific training needs of each organisation and drawing on a multidisciplinary team. For topics that extend beyond the boundaries of Law, a transversal approach is ensured through partnerships with external entities recognised in their respective fields of expertise.
From an international perspective, through SÉRVULO LATITUDE⦵ and the international networks of which SÉRVULO is a member, the SÉRVULO INNOVATION LAB enables a multijurisdictional analysis of transnational issues.
According to Rita Canas da Silva, the SÉRVULO INNOVATION LAB reflects SÉRVULO’s DNA and the firm’s strong and longstanding connection to academia, emerging as a distinctive project driven by the continuous pursuit of new ways to innovate, evolve and share knowledge.
