SÉRVULO reaffirms commitment to the Forum for Organisations for Equality (iGen)

SÉRVULO has reaffirmed its commitment to the Forum for Organisations for Equality (iGen) at the event “Allies in Change – Commitments to Equality”, organised by the iGen Forum on 15 May at Palácio SottoMayor.

Ana Cristina Nunes, Director of Institutional Affairs, welcomed this renewal as a milestone reflecting a strengthened commitment to the ongoing implementation of gender equality measures in the workplace, the promotion of work–life balance, and the protection of parental rights — key pillars of the firm’s internal policy.

A total of 69 organisations have now formalised commitments with the Forum for Organisations for Equality (iGen). By undertaking clear commitments to promote equality in the workplace and to eliminate all forms of discrimination, these organisations aim to achieve improvements in sustainability, organisational fairness, and employee satisfaction.
