This integration reinforces SÉRVULO’s position in M&A, reflecting a clear commitment to more transactional areas and marking a pivotal moment for the team’s growth, which now brings together many years of accumulated experience not only in M&A but also in Corporate and Commercial law.

 

With over 20 years of experience, Inês Gomes Ferreira has advised on acquisition, disposal, merger, demerger and restructuring transactions involving corporate groups, as well as on structuring partnerships and international investments, including venture capital. After 18 years at Vieira de Almeida, where she served as Coordinating Associate in the Corporate & Governance and Corporate & M&A practice areas, Inês joined GPA Advogados as Partner between 2023 and 2025. She holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, as well as an LL.M. in International Business Law and a Postgraduate Diploma in Forensic Practice and Corporate Legal Advisory from the same institution.

 

Ana Rafaela Balas brings extensive experience in company purchase and sale transactions, business unit transfers, due diligence processes and corporate law matters.
