Seminar The Implications of the Troika Memorandum on Public Procurement

Sérvulo partners Rui Medeiros and João Amaral e Almeida, both members of the working group which drafted the current Public Contracts Code, will be running the seminar The Troika Memorandum and the changes to the Public Contracts Regime in Portugal, which takes place July 27, at 2pm, at the IST Building in Tagus Park.

Given the situation Portugal is in, and taking into account the measures established in the memorandum of understanding between Portugal, the IMF, the European Central Bank and the European Commission, measures which affect all areas of the Portuguese economy, this open seminar aims to initiate a debate on how best to implement the changes imposed on the public contracts regime.
