Sérvulo Correia Joins ASAP Strategic Council

The ASAP – Association of Law Firms of Portugal has established its Strategic Council, which held its first meeting on 17 July.

Professor Sérvulo Correia was invited to join this Strategic Council, together with esteemed colleagues Agostinho Pereira de Miranda, António Pinto Leite, Augusto Aguiar Branco, Benjamim Mendes, Carlos Aguiar, Carlos Cruz, Carlos Lucena, Daniel Proença de Carvalho, Fernando Campos Ferreira, Jorge de Abreu, João Nuno Azevedo Neves, José Miguel Júdice, Luís Sáragga Leal, Manuel Magalhães e Silva, Miguel Teixeira de Abreu, and Pedro Rebelo de Sousa.

Among the various matters discussed were the new tax regime for law firms and multidisciplinary practice, the evolution of the law firm market in Portugal, and the traineeship system, among others.
