SÉRVULO is pleased to highlight the participation of Teresa Pala Schwalbach, Partner in the Tax Department, and Manuel Henriques, Partner in the Real Estate, Tourism and Urban Planning Department, in the preparation of a guide for the European Construction Observatory, developed for the European Commission.

The guide forms part of the European Construction Observatory’s Policy Fact Sheets series and analyses Portugal’s housing strategy, Construir Portugal, highlighting the key measures adopted to increase housing supply, improve affordability and promote reforms to licensing procedures.

This collaboration reflects the recognition of SÉRVULO’s partners’ expertise and technical knowledge in matters relevant to the construction, real estate and urban planning sectors, contributing to a European initiative aimed at supporting the analysis and dissemination of strategic information for the sector.
