Teresa Serra on the Criminal Code applied to enforcement agents

In an opinion piece by Teresa Serra, the SÉRVULO partner and criminal law specialist argues that there is no need to review the Criminal Code applicable to enforcement agents. This follows the shooting dead of an on-duty enforcement agent a few days ago in central Portugal, and calls from several camps, including the Portuguese Justice Minister, that the Criminal Code applicable to enforcement agents be reviewed in line with that applicable to lawyers.
