Henrique de Oliveira Milheiro

At SÉRVULO since 2026, Henrique de Oliveira Milheiro is currently collaborating with the Public Law department. He is pursuing a Master's degree in Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra. He graduated in Law from the same institution, where he was a member of the academic staff between 2024 and 2026 as a Teaching Assistant in Law and Economics.
